MMA Investors is a decision-support and record-keeping tool. It helps you research fights, plan a bankroll strategy and track your own results. It is not a gambling service — you place any bets yourself, with your own bookmaker, and nothing here guarantees an outcome.
← Back to the appBecause this includes a record of your betting decisions and results, we treat all of it as sensitive. It is used for one purpose only: showing your own data back to you and keeping it in sync across your devices. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to build profiles for anyone else.
Account data is stored with our database provider Supabase, hosted in the United States (AWS us-east-1). If you use the app from outside the United States, your data is transferred to and stored in that region. Data you create while signed out stays in your own browser (localStorage) and never leaves your device.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is handled entirely by Stripe — your card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers. We store only a customer reference and your subscription status. Stripe processes your payment data under its own privacy notice: stripe.com/privacy.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-less and does not track you across sites. The app itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Your data is kept until you delete it. You can view everything the app holds about you inside the app itself, and you can delete your entire account at any time — see account deletion below. For any privacy question or request, contact chadfishwick@gmail.com.
MMA Investors is for adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, please do not use this app.
The app frames betting as a disciplined, planned activity — but no plan removes the risk. A “10× run” is a goal-setting device, not a promise of returns; most runs will not reach their target, and past results never guarantee future ones. Only ever bet money you can afford to lose, and treat every figure in this app as a record of risk you chose to take.
You can delete your account and every piece of data attached to it, at any time:

Nothing in this app is betting advice and nothing guarantees an outcome. A “10× run” is a goal-setting device, not a promise of returns; most runs will not reach their target. All figures, reads and analytics describe your own past decisions — they do not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any losses.
You must be 18 or older (or the higher legal age where you live, e.g. 21+ in some jurisdictions) to use MMA Investors. Do not use the service where sports betting or the use of a tool like this is unlawful for you.
One account per person, signed in by magic link to your email. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your email account secure — it is your key.
Don't abuse the service: no scraping other users' data, no attempting to bypass access controls or subscription gates, no using the service to provide betting advice to others as though it were your own product.
The service is provided as is, for informational and record-keeping purposes, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any betting losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
You can stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date, and continued use after a change means acceptance. Questions: chadfishwick@gmail.com.
Premium is offered as a monthly subscription (US$9.99 per month). Prices are anchored in USD; checkout shows your local currency and the exact amount before you confirm. Payment is processed by Stripe (hosted checkout — your card details never touch our servers).
New subscriptions start with a free trial. Your card is collected up front, but nothing is charged until the trial end date — that exact date is shown on the checkout page and in your confirmation email, and a reminder email is sent before the trial ends. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. By subscribing you authorise these recurring charges.
In the app: Account → Manage subscription opens your Stripe billing portal — cancelling there takes one click and applies from the end of your current period (you keep Premium until then). No phone calls, no forms.
If a renewal charge fails, we keep your Premium on while Stripe retries your card and emails you. If payment cannot be collected after the retry period, the subscription is cancelled and your account drops to the free tier.
After a renewal, your period runs to its end rather than being refunded pro-rata, except where the law says otherwise: statutory rights are always preserved — including EU/UK 14-day cooling-off rights where applicable, and the Australian Consumer Law guarantees. If something's gone wrong on our side, email us and we'll make it right.
When a subscription ends you drop to the free tier: your history — every run, bet, read and result — stays in your account. Premium views lock, the data underneath does not. Nothing is deleted unless you delete it.
If prices change, existing subscribers are notified in advance and any new price applies only from a later renewal — never mid-period, and never silently.
